Great value product that does the job. They can be removed more easily than staples (when it comes time to add cavity battens) and they hold the wrap in windy conditions (check out EMs video on this issue). I aimed for 450-500mm centres as suggested. Screw sits on top rather than countersunk that you get on more expensive products but this is fine for my application.

Purchased this product after watching YouTube video explaining how to construct airtight wall (highly recommend all EM construction videos). It is much cheaper than it's competitors and does the job well. I found the trades didn't know what it was and I needed to explain it's purpose. Make sure you talk to the truss installers before they start work so they treat it with respect (talking from experience) and specify that they install ties to the outside/top of the wall - it can be done with thoughtful use of different types of brackets (avoid fixing to the internal side if possible otherwise you'll need to do lots of taping repairs of holes/cuts). I've installed on external walls and plan to use on the internals as well when the roof is up so there is something to tape the ceiling air barrier wrap to. All conventional build to current NCC + a few extras for high performance in zone 7.

Purchased this product after watching YouTube video explaining how to construct airtight wall (highly recommend all EM construction videos). Used the 150mm product on 90mm depth external walls (wrapped up external side and fastened with strip of OSB) and the 100mm for internal walls that are also 90mm depth (no need to trim, excess 5mm each side will be hidden by wall lining). Certifier was impressed at our framing inspection!

With so many holes left in the return air shaft and around the floor vents by my ducted air conditioner installer, this tape was fantastic to use. Being 75mm wide it can cover a lot of area with just one piece. It has also got great sticking power to most surfaces although be careful with any silicone as it is reluctant to stick to that.
